Crosswind exists to make aviation careers easier to understand, easier to access, and easier to build.
Whether you're pursuing a pilot licence, applying for aerospace engineering graduate schemes,
exploring air traffic control, or looking for your next role in the industry, finding clear and
trustworthy guidance can be difficult.
Most information is scattered across forums, training providers, company websites,
and outdated careers pages.
When we started exploring aviation careers, we found information scattered across forums, hidden in PDFs, and buried on training provider websites.
Much of it was outdated, commercially driven, or simply not designed
for people early in their journey.
We knew there had to be a better way — a central hub built for students
and early-career professionals.
That idea became Crosswind.
